Rim Haad Condo Hua Hin

This prestigious Condominium located just 500meters from the Dusit Resort and Polo Club and approximately 10 kilometers from the center of Hua Hin is definitely one of the best holiday apartments available in Hua Hin.

The apartment available for rent is 120 sq meters located on the 3rd floor and consisting of two bedrooms each with it’s own private bathroom having fantastic views overlooking the sea and both the town of Hua Hin and the Bay.
The bedrooms are completely furnished with Double beds, wardrobes, dressing table, Cable TV, air-conditioning, and en-suite bathrooms.
The main area of the apartment consists of a living room with a full sofa set, coffee table, TV with DVD and a full stereo system. A open style dining room with a kitchenette makes up the rest of the apartment. The dining table can seat 8 people. The kitchenette has a large refrigerator, a sink, electric cooker and built in cabinets fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The whole main area has large French windows that open out onto a balcony with fantastic sea views.

Facilities at the Rim Haad include a large swimming pool on the beach front with a separate children’s pool, a games room with 2 full sized snooker tables, a table tennis table and a gymnasium.

The monthly rental rates do not include electricity, water and telephone bills and these have to be paid on departure. There are no extra charges that we levy on the bills received so you pay the normal prices that every one pays for these.

Brittle Star Resorts will collect a deposit of Baht. 10,000.00 for every rental and this amount is kept for unpaid bills or damages to the furniture or kitchenware. The deposit is returned on departure after deductions if there are any.
